Every purchase made through our official website within India is backed by the Embrell 2-Year Warranty, a reflection of our unwavering confidence in the craftsmanship and quality of each piece. We’re committed to ensuring your jewellery remains as captivating as the moment you first adorn it.

1. Eligibility & Coverage

Our warranty is exclusively available to customers who purchase directly from the Embrell website within India. It covers:

Material Integrity Coverage 

  • Titanium Stainless SteelBrass, and Stainless Steel with upto 22K Gold-Plated Layers 

Inclusions: 

  • 22K Polish: Ensures a radiant, long-lasting finish 
  • Tarnish-Free: Maintains its luster without discoloration

Exclusions: Accidental damage, scratches, exposure to harsh chemicals, and third-party modifications will void the warranty. 

Warranty Start Date: The warranty commences from the date of purchase, not delivery. 

Gifting Grace Period – Warranty From Gift Date 

Gifting a loved one? Leave a note at checkout, and we’ll start the warranty from your chosen gift date so they enjoy full coverage from the moment they unwrap it. (Applicable for gift dates up to 30 days from the purchase date.) 

Example: Purchasing a birthday or anniversary gift for next month? Let us know the date, and the warranty will begin from then—not the order date. 

Unauthorized Sellers: Purchases made via unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms are not eligible under this warranty. 

2. Warranty Claim Process 

To initiate a claim, please follow these steps: 

  1. Contact Us: Submit your claim via our official website. 
  2. Provide Proof: Share your order details and clear images of the issue. (A product return may not always be required.) 
  3. Return (if requested): If needed, return the item with original packaging, authenticity card, thank you card, and accessories. 
  4. Assessment & Resolution: Our team will assess the claim and issue store credit in accordance with our policy. 
  5. Processing Time: Claims are typically processed within 10–14 business days post-verification. 
  6. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the claim.

3. Refund & Buyback Policy 

Embrell proudly offers a Buyback Plan, issuing store credit based on the original purchase value. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and must be redeemed within that period. 

Buyback Terms: 

  • 0–6 Months: 50% store credit (Product return required for verification) 
  • 6–12 Months: 25% store credit (Return optional; clear product photos required) 
  • 12–24 Months: 15% store credit (No return needed; proof of purchase and images required) 

Additional Conditions: 

  • Store credit is non-transferable and redeemable only by the original purchaser. 
  • Clearance or discounted products may not be eligible. 
  • Buyback credit may be used only once per product, per year. 
  • Store credit cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. 

4. Jewellery Care Guidelines 

To ensure your jewellery maintains its brilliance over time, we recommend the following: 

  • Avoid Moisture & Chemicals: Keep away from water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh agents. 
  • Store Properly: Place in a soft pouch or jewellery box to prevent scratches and tarnishing. 
  • Clean Gently: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each use to remove oil and dirt. 
  • Avoid Impact: Handle with care to prevent dents, bending, or scratches.

5. Legal & General Conditions 

  • Embrell reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. 
  • Warranty and policies apply only within India. 
  • Store credit is non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred. 
  • Warranty is void if the product is resold by the original purchaser. 
  • For international orders, warranty terms may vary.
